You can help sustain the rich diversity of our seabird resources by becoming a member of Friends of Maine’s Seabird Islands like Aubrey did with her lemonade stand below. Your membership will support advocacy efforts to conserve Maine’s unique seabirds and to ensure the continuing protection of their nesting islands.

Where Your Gift Goes
Your gift goes to help on the ground efforts of seabird restoration, conservation, and preservation, such as supporting island interns or educational programming at our new visitor center.
You may also donate specifically toward one of the new exhibits or exhibit rooms. A booklet of conceptual drawings for these is available in the visitor center. Please contact us if you would like to sponsor an exhibit.
Make a Planned Gift
Looking for an enduring investment? Your bequest, charitable remainder trust or other planned gift will yield large returns for future generations by helping to ensure the long-term stewardship of our precious seabird islands and populations as well as to help fund our interns and educational projects. We will gladly provide more information about planned giving options, please contact us at the above address or at [email protected].
